The junta is perpetrating yet another genocide in Sagaing. Rescue teams from Russia and China are concentrating solely on Naypyidaw, while the junta prioritizes its own casualties, showing a blatant disregard for the general population.

In an ongoing @ISEAS webinar on #Myanmar, @DebbieStot who gave explicit permission to be quoted, said many years ago, she suggested Daw Aung San Suu Kyi to engage with @ASEAN
Ms Suu Kyi, back then, said “what has ASEAN ever done for us?”
At ongoing webinar, security analyst talks about #Myanmar army unity
- “Conceivable” that Min Aung Hlaing may be assassinated by small group of generals in coming year or two: It’s not likely but “could happen”
- For now, Tatmadaw still cohesive
