Kaleb Merritt, 26, has plead guilty to operating a child exploitation enterprise for his role in the creation and operation of "CVLT", the Satanic child abuse ring which inspired the creation of the 764 network.

Merritt was already serving an extended sentence for kidnapping and r*ping a 12 year old girl who he groomed in a CVLT Discord server prior to traveling out of state to abscond with her.

He went by usernames such as "O9A.evil", indicating his connection to the Satanic accelerationist cult Order of Nine Angles.

He and his co-conspirators face RICO level charges for their involvement in CVLT.

From the DOJ:
"The purpose of CVLT’s child exploitation was to create an army of sadist followers. CVLT espoused neo-Nazism, nihilism, and pedophilia as its core principles, among others, and exposed children to material depicting and promoting these principles.

"Together, the defendants groomed and coerced numerous minors into self-harm by exposing them to violent and extremist content and extreme philosophies, such as neo-Nazism, nihilism, pedophilia, and anarchy.

Having degraded and groomed the children, the defendants would then knowingly employ, use, persuade, induce, entice, and coerce children to self-produce CSAM and self-harm."
