@AmazonHelp I was told by this "Account Specialist" team on Monday Feb 7th that I would receive a callback on Feb8 to solve this issue. I am now receiving an email to wait up to 5 more days to have something done.. There is a clear issue here that needs attention

@AmazonHelp Nancy, there is no "skip Sign-In" link.. The link takes me to the front page of Amazon to sign in.. That is all
