@finnscave Here’s a hint... be aware of who the prop manager is on the listing itself. If it’s a regional/national brand, leave Abnb dot com and go to the companies direct website. It’ll be cheaper. Most PM’s Include the OTA’s commission as a fee on Airbnb/Vrbo/etc

@domydeal @finnscave “Self manager” fees are all over the place. Use a full service manager and you’ll find consistency. - Awesome idea on WFH amenities. Those def need to be expanded. - any competent manager is putting discounts in copy... if not they’re losing out on a ton of week long stays

@finnscave The reason it’s like this is because it converts better. Guests book at a higher rate with more fees and less rent. - Hotels charge you the same fees except it’s rolled into the rent and you don’t know it (and yes cleaning is far cheaper at a 100 room complex than for a sfh)
