@VirginActiveUK cancelled my membership back in July and now just been charged this month, not only that but more then I was ever charged previously. Been on hold to customer services for half and hour.

@Hermesparcels my parcel has been on its way since the 15th of December. Finally got through to customer service who said it is now ‘lost’ and they would send me a claim form which still have not received. Worst delivery company in the world.
