@AskPlayStation It just says “an error has occurred” it doesn’t give a code. The attached photo is what we originally got.

@AskPlayStation Thanks for the article. The connection seems fine. It says that the internet connection is successful but PlayStation Network Sign In has failed. When we go to sign in and click “forgot password “ it won’t allow us to reset the password.
