I had life changing emergency surgery in Feb, So I have not been out doing what I normally do. My last reconstructive surgery is 6/25. I intend on sending 1-2 per day starting tomorrow. I just want to help kids. I will be here ⬇️ with @IlaBatsonBBall come say hello 🙏🏻 appreciated

You have to be able to see that kid that doesn’t look the part but can play. Can you see through perceptions and pick out talent or see someone for what they can be and not for what they are right now. Many can’t do this. It’s an important skill to have as a coach\recruiter\evaluator\trainer.
