@DPDCare 2 hours later I call back and not only am I told he’s taken the parcel back to the depot, the new advisor hung up on me coz I wanted to be transferred to a manager.. worst customer service ever and terrible advisors !!!

@DPDCare literally worse than Hermes I didn’t think that was possible! Driver took a pic of my street without getting out of the van and sent a notification I wasn’t home!! Customer service rep advised he had been called to return as he didn’t deliver..

@Hermesparcels this service is soo bad..delivery is two days late.. tracking not updated..chatting to a digital service advisor just repeating the same generic answers..I paid for NEXT DAY service for a reason!! Completely useless dunno why any company would use them😡😡
