I have already requested a refund, but Google is refusing to refund the amount.

If the payment authorization/mandate was cancelled and Google itself had confirmed that the subscription would end, on what basis was my payment subsequently processed?

Yet on Aug 19, Google generated a new $19.99 subscription receipt and the amount was subsequently debited from my payment method.

I have screenshots of all three emails showing the contradiction: payment declined → subscription ending → subscription renewed/charged@GooglePlay
