Yes, it all seems highly scammy, but I went to the bank branch, they confirmed the notice and I made a transfer between accounts to satisfy the requirement.
I complained that it was the only notice I received even though it said they "tried many times" to contact me. They just shrugged.

I once got a letter from Citi WRONGLY claiming they made "many" attempts to contact me about an account and I had 24 hours to do something with the funds before seizure by the state.
One letter, 24-hours to act.
This is big intrusion with little justification, IMO.

@Teknodweeb @Type07Safety Yes, as you say, previous videos are evidence of intent, its seems like obvious assault. They bump somone, try to provoke a physical response and then attack. In this case, it looks to me like the bump was followed by an immediate attack by the kid in black shirt.
