A few pics from my recent trip to the summit of Mount Lamlam, highpoint of Guam at 1,332 feet. April 6th and 8th, 2026. Despite the relatively low elevation, reaching the true highpoint requires a challenging bushwhack. My fourth of six US Territorial/Federal District highpoints. 🇺🇸🏔️🙌

Back at it yesterday. Fun hike on Beech Mountain, highpoint of Sullivan County, New York. Elevation 3,117 feet. About 2/3 of it was a regular trail hike. The final few hundred feet in elevation was a pretty straightforward bushwhack. 🏔️🥾
