@letsblinkit pathetic customer care. I ordered for Celery n they sent coriander n when I tried 2 contact customer care it says "We’re really sorry, chat support may be hampered due to surge in queries. We regret the inconvenience caused. U may also write to us at [email protected]

Update : I contacted their nodal officer and got a prompt response from their side. They also refunded the balance mount to me. Thank you very much. @flyspicejet

Such a hopeless service by Spicejet. First they rescheduled my flight and the arrival destination and didn't even inform me. When I tried to cancel, the call centre said it's rescheduled due to operations issue and they cant issue full refund. PNR DDZEGW. @flyspicejet

They told me to contact through mail for cancellation. When I contacted through mail , they said for canceln I need to contact call centre.I have cancelled my flight and the cancellation charges got deducted for no fault of mine. Will never travel on spicejet again. @flyspicejet
