I hear ya. It was always a dream of mine to be a pro wrestling ring announcer and a door opened at just the right time and I managed to get about 7 years out of it and it all started with a conversation that even though it took a while, that door was always open for it to potentially happen. In time, hopefully they'll realize what they missed by not allowing that convo with you to happen
