@yosoymario91 I'm on a chicken taco kick. Seasoned chicken breast, high protein high fiber tortillas, Greek yogurt, some fresh greens (cause I'm healthy like that) top with cheese and your choice of salsa. ~36g protein per wrap for under 230cal. I eat two for every lunch & dinner lol

I can still out squat/deadlift him, but his pressing power is otherworldly for his size. But in my pic you can see the top of my pec up to my front delt. I'm not the biggest, but I'm reasonably beefy

@MacsterPlan @idnuhidnuh @solelypito It's not the best lighting, but you can very clearly see solid muscle mass and definition. I'm 6"1, 197lbs. I absolutely do hit those numbers. The 315 bench was my most recent achievement that I hit less than two weeks ago. I think someone is jealous 😉

@ItsAnnaBortion @solelypito The reason why I think it's important to advocate for transparency is because of the influence on younger people. I was talking to a kid the other day, 16 years old and already blasting test and tren because he watches some influencer who does it.

It's one of the easiest indicators of intelligence. I'd wager your IQ is, at best, in the low 90s, but more likely sub 90s.

@CakeMaker24 @idnuhidnuh @solelypito If you work out long enough, it becomes very obvious when someone is on steroids. Now I'm all for body autonomy and I think the dude looks great. But I'm also an advocate for transparency. My 60mg was to get my baseline back to normal. I could never get as big as that guy.
