I'm personally very bullish on Liquidity hooks built on Money Markets as it open a new paradigm in composability for DeFi users

Liquidity Hook allow for complex strategies to be implemented with ease:

- Leverage staking
- Leverage farming on DEXes
- Margin Trading
- Delta hedging Pair Trading
- Flash Loans for complex yield farming strats
- Concentrated LP Tokens as collateral

Liquidity hooks allows @InitCapital_ to be the backend liquidity that protocols can build on to bootstrap growth and kickstart their revenue generation model

LPs from DEXes are also freed from being stagnant capital as they can be used as collateral for building composable yield loops

This allows for LPs to be used in a similar vein as GLP and for secondary protocols to build on.

An example of a possible loop for LSD LPs
-> Deposit $mETH - $USDY LP
-> Loan $USDC
-> Loop

Essentially if the DEX pools are incentivized, you will be getting 6 sources of yield:
-> $mETH yield
-> $USDY yield
-> LP Fees
-> $INIT rewards
-> LP Loan Fees
-> DEX padded LP incentives

This sets up an extremely composable environment that challenges the limit for yield stacking and maximizing returns.
