Good sleep, healthy foods, no sugar and regular movement are all essential parts of the self-care package, but don’t forget one of the most under-rated wellness habits: spending time in nature. So the more outdoor time you can get, wherever and whenever, the healthier you’ll be.
The sad thing is this has shown that before all of this that as a nation we were quite stressed and tired people. Now because of covid its shown anxiety and fear is our bigger enemy. Thats wrong and needs to be addressed. Wellness & welfare is more important
I have neighbours who are so scared of the virus they won't even open their windows.
If they find an unusual lump are they seriously going to get it checked out? I think not.
We desperately need some balance and we're not getting it at the moment.
I'm absolutely fed up of 'Whitehall' or 'Government' sources briefing confusing information that has such huge implications.
It drives me mad, people think it's happening!
Let's hear it officially with named sources, or not at all. It just creates confusion and panic.
@ProfKarolSikora The government got grief for not testing enough now they are, obviously there will be more cases. But what percentage of these are asymptomatic and ones with actual symptoms?
The whole response to the virus doesn't work without trust.
The vast majority of people are understanding, but that trust has to work both ways.
I plead with the Government to be more transparent and honest about the decision making process. It will help!
“I’ve lost everything.”

Reminder that while everyone is arguing over why a 60p bag of apples can't feed a family of 5, food banks have to make special boxes for people who don't have an oven/hob so can only use a microwave. And other boxes for people who have neither oven nor microwave nor kettle
What do people think will happen when we fall into a depression? Millions will suffer. London is a ghost-town, it's frightening.
Journalists spreading fear should really think twice. We need to get the economy moving otherwise we're in serious trouble.
This shouldn't give anyone the right to give up cats if they're scared of covid. This blatantly needs to be put in the article, as we don't need people doing that again
UK cat tests positive for coronavirus. The cat has made a full recovery.
There is no evidence humans can catch coronavirus from their pets, but pets may be able to contract the virus from their owners.

@trishgreenhalgh@pelvicroar I think another issue is that masks can make people feel claustrophobic. I worked in them the other day and when I was getting hotter I was finding that even though I can breathe in them I was panicking in one.
