not be waiting for CTS to get back up and running as they have failed their contract. It’s worth asking your solictors directly whether intend on continuing to use and wait for CTS or are they enlisting a new systems provider.

You’ve not even acknowledged what’s happening on your website or media. Out of courtesy a holding response would do? Anything ?

@BBCNews can you share any response from @CTS_Cloud_IT when requesting press update on the current outage . No comment since 24th November and thousands of peoples house moves in limbo with massive financial implications.

@setfordslegal @PaulTMarsh Now we are aware that other companies that use CTS are enabling transactions via other means the onus is on you @setfordslegal to take responsibility for actioning your pre planned contingency’s . You have had 1 week to action this . Please explain your reason for the delay
