Is anyone attending to Ref. Number 12716752.... How can one area have weekly. Blackouts lasting 4 - 7 days surely? @KenyaPower_Care similarly, I bought tokens on 3rd march, 2025 and I am yet to received them. What is going on?

@KenyaPower_Care Don't you think it's absurd for one specific area to have numerous blackouts in a month, lasting 3-4 days always. Is it substandard equipment, sabotage or shoddy repairs? The blackouts are excessive!
