The young need to grow gradually into rights & related responsibilities.
Not turning all of the responsibilities on over night.

I read somewhere that just a few generations ago, youngsters used to work with adults. Thus they were exposed to values of adults. That helped them become wiser.
Nowadays, teenagers are all day at schools only among peers.
They hear no adult values.
Shall we change that?
