@wowcher I have. This is causing so much stress. You made the mistake, now have an item we don't want taking a lot of space. To make matters worse it is an item way cheaper than the one we paid for. Surely you are accountable to sort promptly. We have had the item since the 22nd May.

@wowcher despite having a case number and a what's app still no human available to speak to. We have been mis sold an item that was cheaper than the one we paid for. How is this acceptable?

These chairs are what we ordered, please make this right.

@AdmiralUK how can you decide a car is a right off without pictures? Told over 10 yrs and damage more than 2 panels you just auto right it off. We were in a crash (Other car owner admitted liability) and now we lose out - why do we pay insurance if not to protect us from this?
