Everyone, beware. This is a scam. Had someone ring me twice posing to be from Argos. First caller claimed he would offer compensation and then tried to get me to open a Lemfi account so he could get my bank details. ARGOS DOES NOT USE LEMFI!!

@ArgosHelpers “I purchased a Beko KDVG592W cooker from Argos on 12 September 2022. The inner glass of the oven door has spontaneously shattered during normal use. There was no impact or accidental damage to the door. The glass has broken into numerous small pieces.

An order I was supposed to receive from you never arrived. I have tried to contact you via chat but it was closed down. I have emailed your customer services with the order number and even opened a complaint on Resolver but both were ignored too. Disgraceful!!
