@DrAndrewBaldwin Think choosing appropriate journal important - check they have articles similar to what you want to publish! Keep trying and if no success get advice from colleagues who are more experienced and have had lots published they are often the most useful!

@tasme_uk MedEd made me see there is more to being a doctor than just choosing your speciality and that you can forge your own path...... it made me think about what other skills & experience I wanted to have (in addition to aspiring to be a geriatrician)!

Go and speak to CTFs at your hospital - I loved it when kean junior doctors came along and asked to get involved with our teaching program. The also could guide and supervise you with a teaching project.....
