@santanderukhelp dear Santander please advise where I can pay a cheque into my account? I live in Runcorn , there are no Santander ATMs , can I pay in other ATMs? Please advise when you are setting up the scanner for cheques? I personally don’t use cheques but big companies do!

@SP_EnergyPeople I am on hold to your pre-payment team, having set up an account today, I’ve been transferred to this team as there is no meter. I’ve been on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes, is there any staff manning these calls! I’ve now been on the phone for over 2 and a half hours
