First time shopping direct with @MichaelKors It’s been a literal nightmare. Paid £8 for express delivery which I didn’t get. Try talking to them. They shut 8pm. It’s now 18:50 but they’re closed…! I expected more and better service from them. So disappointed.

Just had chat with you - order marked as received but not delivered. Agent rude, hung up on me! Service is beyond shocking. Delivery people don’t even knock or ring bell. Just leave it on doorstep and go! Where are my items? The amount of money I’ve spent with you!! 🤬
