@WhiteHouse High speed connectivity and basic phone service have become a necessity for all. A subsidy that would make the pair $10 out of pocket. Mandatory proof of residential home address to be vital. Every day I witness drug dealers utilizing subsidized phones to sell & pickup drugs. 🇺🇸
