i actually think none of the best decks are fair. i view things really in terms of resources, and the best decks use and generate resources very unfairly

"fair" is like knight of the reliquary. spend 3 mana, get 3 mana. dark ritual is unfair - 1 mana becomes 3 mana.

i see it more like this:
0 mana, +2M in combat (yi)
0 mana, draw a card (ez)
1 mana, +5M in combat (irelia)
0 mana, +1 mana in showdowns (diana)

none of those sound fair to me
