According to the Nat'l Cent for Ed Stats: Ave salary for HS teacher with masters 67.5k, college instructor/lecturer with masters 65-70K. No reason ATs with masters degrees shouldn't be in similar pay scale/system at schools/universities. Its time to demand change! ATs are HC pros

Ave AT salary at Amazon $65k, in clinic AT (ortho) $52k (regular hours/no weekends)-colleges and HS are going to have to realize that ATs have other options. Time for Univ/HS to get with it and increase wages/improve hours for ATs!! @4athleteshealth believes ATs are essential.

@ClaytonATC @ATCanonymous It’s definitely possible. I work at a DII where each AT has 2+ sports. We have 31 sports and only 8 ATs. Some people have practices that are at 6am which means you are there by 5am and their other sport has practice from 9-11pm.

@ATCanonymous Yes! Get the tactical pack. It’s so much easier and it stays out of your way. I used it when I worked football and now I use it for rugby.

@ATCanonymous Unless I absolutely can’t, I ALWAYS take my lunch hour to get off campus, go home and take my dog out and fix myself lunch. I work just as many hours but I take that 1 hour to have to myself and be a good dog mom
