Mom, Wife, Sister, Aunt, Teacher, Principal. I go by many titles, but at the end of the day, I'm simply a happy girl, who loves her family, friends and job.

As leaders, we must be able to improvise, but with a thoughtful and clear plan and the basics of pedagogy in place. We must facilitate connections, trials, experimentations, and failures with invitational and supportive language.
Start them early – listening to #SeanGalliard, and my youngest says, “I want to listen.” What does that tell us?! Our youngest learners are looking at us. Questions Sean asked that are so powerful to take into this school year in the comments.
What does empathy look like in the classroom?
