Air Canada, deberías cobrar menos por un pasaje, Scl-Toronto, cuando el asiento no se reclina y pasas 11 horas sentado tecto...@AirCanada , pésimo!!

@WestJet So how long do I have to wait for an actual person to talk to me??

[Olympia Sandoval Badillo @BadilloOlympia]

@WestJet This is the claim I sent them through the webpage, and I’ve been trying to call them since 10 AM today.

[Olympia Sandoval Badillo @BadilloOlympia]

@WestJet Is supposed to be a serious airline, and honestly they’re not serious with treating passengers. I made the complaint with they’re webpage and to my surprise my “case was closed”. It’s inconceivable that my luggage was broke AND STOLEN.

[Olympia Sandoval Badillo @BadilloOlympia]

@WestJet I have only filled in the delayed bag claim once I knew my luggage didn’t arrive. Once it did, 10 days later, I received nothing else but my broken and manipulated (stolen) luggage.

[Olympia Sandoval Badillo @BadilloOlympia]

@WestJet I will call this number you provided. But I don’t suspect items were taken. I for sure KNOW they were removed. As well as the luggage being broken.

[Olympia Sandoval Badillo @BadilloOlympia]

Flight back from Casablanca to Toronto with a stop in Montreal with @WestJet and my luggage didn’t arrive. Made a complaint, said it would take 48 hrs to receive it, took 10 days. Arrived broken and stolen. I paid overweight and my luggage arrived almost empty.
