I concede on the 80’s moniker. I was trying to explain extended remixes but mine fails the 80’s label (I was there too) based on the absence of gated reverb alone!

@DavidCornDC Fun fact: If this had been a criminal trial, Raskin could not comment on defendant Trump’s failure to testify (5th Amendment right, can’t be used to imply guilt). Immediate mistrial or reversal on appeal, and is prosecutorial misconduct. But he can do it all day long here!

@JennaEllisEsq @RudyGiuliani @TeamTrump For nonlawyers: federal Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit is the place these failures can next go to appeal. 3rdCir MUST take case (if Ellis & Co. don’t screw up filing). Then SCOTUS is next & last but it DOESN’T have to, and likely WON’T, take this case bc it’s so unworthy.
