Taking inclusion to the global stage. 🌍
Nakiyimba Shamim, a first-year student of International Relations and Diplomacy at Cavendish University Uganda, has taken her voice to the global stage, participating in sessions at the Italian Parliament focused on advancing disability inclusion and the global recognition of sign language.
Her participation underscores the importance of inclusive spaces that empower persons with disabilities to engage, lead and shape conversations that matter.
At CUU, we continue to nurture an inclusive learning environment where every student is empowered to make an impact beyond the classroom.
