@airindiain How bad can your service be? My mom had a flight ticket from Chennai to Kolkata today 11.30am. RTPCR Covid positive report received by us at midnight. Customer care says if flight to be cancelled with refund then visit city office and submit report/1

Every human deserves the same respect and just because you call people by name, it is not disrespect. But compulsion to refer people by sir or other 'titles' is neither respect nor love.
