I spoke to a Ex British Gas project manager this morning about failed EWI. He said to me “they are bound to fail as the mastic shrinks and the gaps on the properties are that wide between the wall and the EWI sometimes we struggled to fill them!!” Unbelievable!!

How does CIGA's leadership deal with the very poor feedback which pops up each time you google search CIGA? Improve customer service? too hard. Instead it deletes itself as a business/from google maps and the reviews disappear.

Well we are back in our house. The road looks tidier than when we left. The site visitor was important then?

I feel sick the thought of returning to the house this weekend that I brought “Believing” the 5yr Warranty offered & that @Barrattplc really was a 5🌟 Builder! I have been fighting for what the Contract of Sale said. My house does not meet Building Regs & has been built shocking
