I have raised three requests over the past month for battery replacement, but there has been no proper resolution. This is directly impacting our work. If your team is unable to resolve such a basic issue, I will be left with no option but to discontinue with ACT.

Cancelled my request two weeks back. Still haven't received my token advance money.
Even after multiple follow-ups, I have neither received the refund nor reason for delay.
Very pathetic customer service.

@SamsungIndia Very disappointed with the samsung products. I purchased S22ultra in 2022. It was running flawless. Recently I got an update and post update the device got stuck in boot loop. Service center recommended a mother board change which costs 42000, higher than resale.
@BisleriZone I have placed the order on 9th June. It is pending till now. Everyday I get a fake delivery attempt message and it gets cancelled instantly. This is very poor service. When can I get my order?
