With our current status, most of our debt settled we can now focus on closing acquisitions. With the rapid expansion our new space many opportunities have been presented to us. We will only close the ones that bring shareholders the greatest value.

We heard from OTC why it took so long I am not sure, however there is a new format for presenting your financials. We have all of the proper disclosures, it just needs to be presented according to their new template for viewing. Once completed the yield sign should change.

Happy Friday, Just wanted to update our shareholders we received notification we are current with the State of Nevada. We are still in the application review with OTC waiting for approval to upload our prepared current financials. Hosting issue on the website will be fixed soon.

We have our Registered Agent bringing all filings with the State of Nevada current these should be completed today. Still waiting on the review process from the OTC, should have all OTC filings completed next week. Then the growth process can begin!

As promised we are moving forward with the compliance process, we have initiated with OTC Markets and it is a several day review and approval process. Upon approval we will file all late financials with the mandatory legal opinion. Thank you fo your belief in us.

We just wanted to update everyone. We are working on all of the filings to bring CAVU to current status and reviewing several new business opportunities. The holidays are slowing the process but we are still shooting for year-end completion.

I was asked as to the status of the outstanding shares and if there are any new shares being issued or a delutive funding going on and the answer is no. The same amount of shares outstanding for the last several years has not changed.
