1AF's AF Rescue Coordination Center in 2020 responded to 10,849 incidents, 762 of which required they go to mission, saving 349 lives. The team works with interagency partners & AF Auxiliary volunteers 24 hours/day, 365 days/year responding to missing persons & distress calls.
Civil Air Patrol is continuing to help to provide relief during the #COVID19 pandemic. Ten members from the California Wing's San Fernando Senior Squadron 35 recently prepared 4,000 boxes of supplies at the Los Angeles Food Bank.
