@lilah0906 Unfortunately the value is whatever people are willing to pay and there’s so many people from out of state with way more money than us that are pushing the prices up. Personally If I were on the fence I’d build. Because rent=money in the trash. Market/land will always go back up

@lilah0906 Twitter really needs a longer character limit but the market plummeted before because lenders were giving money away to anyone and appraisers let people in terrible houses that needed upkeep that they couldn’t afford. Plus plenty other reasons.I think prices are here for longhaul

@lilah0906 The question is when will housing prices start to drop? There’s high demand and zero supply surrounding Nashville. There’s thousands of people moving to Nash every year. I don’t see there being a drastic change anytime soon but I guess anything can happen
