@SW_Help bought a flex ticket on the app but closed the page without loading the ticket to my smartcard. Now it’s saying load to smartcard but I can’t see a way of doing this?Asked at ticket office and was told there are issues with flexi tickets - is that right?

@boohoo_cshelp my order came in 2 deliveries & when processing the return I requested 2 labels. can these be returned via inpost? I only received 1 QR code, but as you can only put one parcel in an inpost locker, I’m not sure if the QR code can be used multiple times?

@SW_Help hi, there looks to be one train at 7:23 tomorrow morning but then nothing until 8:38 (west Byfleet to Waterloo), but this morning there were a number of trains between this time. Is this an app error? Thank you

@SW_Help your app hasn’t been working for a week now when trying to buy tickets. Get these error messages pop up. I’ve reinstalled the app and restarted but makes no difference.
