“The kidnappers started washing our clothes when we began to smell. That was why we looked very clean when we were released.”

Rufai Oseni Breaks Down in Tears.
Earlier this morning On Arise TV,
Highly respected journalist Rufai Oseni broke down in tears while criticising Nigeria’s politicians for the perpetual criminal looting of the country’s commonwealth, which now makes us to beg for loans from other countries.
NIGERIAN POLITICIANS ARE ANIMALS.
It's very painful leaving behind properties you got with hardwork to mere criminals. I will do the same thing.
I will even burn the the generator and make sure I render every valuable worthless before leaving.
South Africans are stupid
A Mozambican woman was reportedly asked to surrender her shop to South Africans. Rather than hand it over, she chose to destroy the property inside the shop herself, insisting she would never give it up.
You can clearly hear the pain, anger, and frustration in her voice throughout the video. But they will tell you that Nigerians are the problem in south Africa right ? 😡😡😡😡
EVERY NYSC CORPS WILL NOW BE LOBBYING TO SERVE IN ABIA STATE.
Governor Alex Otti of Abia State approved a new NYSC (corps members) allowance structure. With the little money he gets , he is doing big things .
All NYSC members serving in Abia State: ₦20,000 monthly state allowance.
Those serving in Abia State Government establishments: extra ₦10,000 (making ₦30,000 state allowance).
Teaching and medical corps members: extra ₦30,000 (making ₦50,000 state allowance).
This is in addition to the Federal NYSC allowance of ₦77,000, meaning a regular corps member in Abia could receive about ₦97,000 per month total (₦77,000 federal + ₦20,000 state).
Teaching/medical corps members could receive about ₦127,000 total (₦77,000 + ₦50,000).
There were delays in starting the payment, but Otti yesterday directed officials to remove administrative obstacles and begin implementation immediately.

Yesterday, we were pleased to receive a delegation of investors led by Dr. Oko Jaja, alongside Mr. Dennis Madu Nwakanma, CEO of MD Nwakanma Nigeria Limited. Dr. Jaja briefed me on the significant progress made towards the establishment of a $145 million solar manufacturing plant at Umuelele, Isiala Ngwa South LGA, in partnership with their Chinese counterparts.
I am delighted that the project has reached the Final Investment Decision stage. This is a resounding vote of confidence in the improving business environment we are building in Abia State. It further validates our vision of making our State a preferred destination for local and international investment.
We remain committed to providing every support necessary to ensure businesses thrive and investments are protected. We have done everything required to make the land available for the project, and we stand ready to provide every necessary support to ensure its successful implementation.
Beyond the investment itself, the project promises jobs for our young people, skills development, increased economic activity, and greater prosperity for our State.
I commend Dr. Jaja, the investors, and MD Nwakanma Nigeria Limited for their confidence in Abia. I am particularly encouraged that the first tranche of funding is expected by September 2026, with factory construction projected to commence before the end of the same month.
I am also pleased that young Abians are already being trained in solar installation and related technologies, with plans for selected workers to receive advanced training in China once operations begin.
