@Brocklesnitch I took some codeine and ibuprofen and then tried to forcibly make myself relax using some meditation techniques. It was briefly uncomfortable in the room, with a bit of a sharp pain but then it was done. Done, for years. Out of the way. And that makes you feel instant relief.

There is no justification for the ongoing massacre of innocent Palestinians. I struggle to fathom how anyone could defend the bombing of a refugee camp. We cannot sit idly by whilst our government helps to fund these war crimes. We must call for a ceasefire now.

@BrandonLBradfor Just got back. Travel around as much as possible. Each area has a different vibe and internal flights are cheap and easy. Spend some time in Chiang Mai and the north (and EAT there - the food is amazing). In the south Krabi is beautiful - in particular the beaches at Railay.
