Take a look at this paper! A set of genes to correlate copper and tumor growth and a signature that describes copper role in prognosis and survival. Is this research gold? Better, it's copper!

I want to thank The Cure Starts Now for funding my proposal. But more than words, I want to show my gratitude through actions. I'm diving into this project soon because I'm genuinely excited about using red blood cells as a flexible way to deliver drugs.
20 years ago this month (3rd October 2003), we lost Dad to a deadly brain cancer called Glioblastoma.
Today, I have the great fortune of working for an organisation that funds brilliant cancer researchers, one of whom is A/Prof. @VittorioOrazio 1/6
@ItsShaneBailey@CureCancerAu This is an amazing stream of tweets! I was at the institute Saturday but unfortunately we haven't met. I am really proud to collaborate with Orazio, and we all work here to make sure other families will not face what yours had to go through.
I am thrilled to announce the publication of our latest article. Me and a team of excellent scientists and clinicians evaluated a novel therapy for neuroendocrine tumors
We are committed to find better therapies while lowering side effects
Take a look!

@westermarcklab But on the long run I believe phosphatases will prove to be better targets for cancer therapies, their ability (because I consider it a plus and not a minus) to interact with several substrates will give the chance to affect different pathways at once.

@VittorioOrazio Sleep deprivation is good to activate PP2A phosphatase, it's actually good as tumor suppressor ;) since you are there, consider fasting too? xD
