@gopalshivhare@airasia I tried these. They were not interested as my flight originated in Cambodia. Could not suggest an alternative body either.
I actually persevered and eventually got a refund. Completely out of the blue I tried again through BO (approx 6. Months later) and refund happened.

How are you supposed to book an appointment, when trying multiple countries it constantly kicks/locks out due to Cool Down. No single sign on. A joke of a system that is not fit for purpose, and a monopoly on visa applications.
@vfsglobalcare Also tried Italy this morning which pushes you through an app. The app does not work !
It sends an OTP and the OTP is never what the system expects.
Can you please provide systems that work to at least have a chance of booking a visa appointment?

Have had the pain today of trying to negotiate a terrible user interface, no single sign on for different countries (appears to require a separate account for each country - but VFS say it does not when you call), constant lock outs due to "cool down"
@airasia I assume the irony of posting an automated message when complaining about an automated system is intentional, to further devalue any attempt at customer service?
@eAndUAE could you please share email contact details for a complaint? I have logged already with customer service by phone but the person that responded refused to understand or provide any contact information so I could send evidence.

@fesshole Has given me a good memory - I used to do it as a kid and wind up my stressed out mum - by ringing from phone in her bedroom and as she answered in hallway laughing at her down the phone 😂
