@stevenmglassman@glassman4ftl Commissioner, I hear those same comments from visitors as well as many residents of our great city. Thank you for your dedication and hard work that you and your fellow commissioners provide daily.
Seeing double: Look what finally arrived, special delivery. My series of stories on Fort Lauderdale’s epic record-breaking sewage spills won First Place in two categories. Grateful to @AnneBoca and her years of hard work leading the #FloridaPressClub and keeping it alive. ❤️
Today marks the 10th anniversary of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. Today we remember the Haitian nation and the Haitian community in South Florida who were directly impacted by this tragedy. FL-TF2 had the honor of assisting the Haitian Government with life-saving humanitarian relief
Florida Task Force 2 met with Emergency Management officials from Puerto Rico to assess the worst areas affected by the original 6.4 earthquake. FLTF-2 has been performing reconnaissance and documenting findings using the latest technology in geographical informational systems.
For more years than I can remember, I have publicly questioned why the major gateways to Fort Lauderdale beach have remained so uninviting with just patches of grass/weeds & no trees. Well, not anymore! Check out Sunrise Blvd. medians from Middle River to the beach - gorgeous!
We will continue to fight to ensure this valuable piece of #FortLauderdale history remains protected and preserved. Thank you, Commissioner Fried, for your support. 2/2
