Zero-entry design. No stairs. A resort experience built for a demographic the industry has largely overlooked. The vision scales multiple locations, a membership model, and the integration of AI and technology into Caribbean operations and passport infrastructure as the foundation for long-term stability.

An MOU between the GTA and the Investment Migration Agency (IMA Grenada) will institutionalize the alignment, bringing tourism data, airlift development, and niche market positioning into the investment migration framework.

Grenada is also addressing post-citizenship engagement directly: IMA Grenada has hired a dedicated diaspora officer to maintain active communication with investors after passport issuance, keeping them informed on local opportunities and ensuring they experience genuine citizenship rather than a transactional endpoint.
