@RogersHelps Also, I just asked Alexa on the Firestick “why can’t I install Roger’s Xfinity”. It responded with “The Roger’s Xfinity app is not available on this 4K firestick because it is a US only app and you are in Canada”. Honestly, what the hell is going on with Rogers!

@RogersHelps I can get the Rogers Xfinity App on my very old 1080p Amazon Fire Stick but not on the newer 4K version. Yet Bell Fibre TV App is on both. Rogers you are killing me. Seriously considering switching to Bell.

@RogersHelps Very strange. I just purchased the firestick 4K max, it did an update to the latest firmware & there is no sign of Rogers Xfinity in the App Store. It only exists on my old 1080p firestick.

@RogersHelps So my Roger’s Xfinity TV box keeps shutting off so I decided to see if my Samsung TV had a Roger’s Xfinity App… Nope, but it has a Bell Fibre TV App. Even my Amazon 4K Firestick does not have a Rogers Xfinity App but Bell Fibre TV is there. What is up Roger’s!!!

@RogersHelps How do I exchange my Roger’s Ignite TV box. It turns itself off at least 7 times a day & the only fix is to unplug it & replug power. This started when upgraded to Roger’s Wifi 7.

@RogersHelps I upgraded to Rogers Ignite WiFi 7 and now my little Roger’s wireless TV box (several years old) turns off at least two or three times a day. The only way to revive it is to unplug the USB power & let it reboot. Does this box need to be replaced with a newer version?
