@whitehothair hi I made on order on the 25 Nov The order wasn't dispatched til the 2 Dec we have been sent a tracking number for royal mail tracked 48 which is still not showing on the tracking system all it states is seller dispatching item. what is happening?

@virginmedia please tell me why I waited to speak to a rep for 30 minutes then got transferred to the UK the customer service couldn't answer our query so passed to a Manger who then said hi and hung up! 1 hour of our time wasted. Rang back now can't speak to anyone in the UK!
