@xMBGx PS5 has been garbage as far as PlayStation generation are concerned. Look at any other generation this far into their life cycle and look at how many classic genre defining bangers there are from 1st and 3rd party. Even PS3 which had a disastrous launch turned it around.
@_Deez_Games Dude PS1 deserves WAAAAY more credit than you are giving it. PS1 was so amazing in so many ways and introduced so many new series and lead to gaming “growing up” and being seen as more than just kids games.
@ol_bill14 Dragon quest 7 reimagined is a great game and I enjoyed it thoroughly and I finished at 47 played hours. Dragon quest 11 S is a great game and is like 80 hours to finish. The story in 11 is better, but 7 is nice because you can knock out a story subsection in a sitting.
@DigitalEmelas Ys VIII is the best to start with. I’ve been playing Ys since the originals on TurbografxCD, so after Ys VIII, I would say Ys Books 1&2.
@lofi_lover0930 I was to excited, then I learned it was a port of Brave Exvius the gatcha mobile game. Add the shift from pixel to rendered in combat with the summons or whatever is happening with the old FF characters and I have lost almost all interest in the game.
@Shredder1400 As someone who grew up on final fantasy understands square has a LONG history of not understanding their audience, remake was at best “fine”. Square focused very heavy in visuals so it’s pretty, but hollow, and too long. I’ve heard rebirth leans more into whats bad in remake.
@MissPookems Grand Theft Auto. I am just not that nilhistic.
Bonus Round: Call of Duty.
I’m glad these games exist for the massive fan bases they have, however they are not for me.
@TheDavidVinc At one time, I would pick Final Fantasy hands down. However Final Fantasy has straight driven off a cliff focusing on stuff that doesn’t matter for like 20 years. Dragon Quest knows what it is and isn’t ashamed of it.
Trying to play @Diablo but I keep getting disconnected in every cinematic. So I either have to keep getting booted, or skip the story -_- after the WoW patch last week I’m seriously losing confidence in @Blizzard_Ent
@BellularGaming Yes. So much of what’s going wrong in the US is coming from forced narratives from California. If they weren’t so obnoxious and preachy, the world would literally be a better place.
@Warcraft@JenEricLive Bring back the QA teams you laid off. Add time to the patch cycles to actually test and fix things. Midnight has been the roughest expansion for me with the least story connection. Seems like the ball has been dropped everywhere.
@warhammer I’d love to comment k. The new kill team, but the stream cut mid preview, then when it came back there was once again no sound so I have no idea what is happening.
@warhammer it’s past time you guys get a better live events tech team. The preview shows have become such a joke. Mic’s not working, videos not playing, sound levels, these should not happen.
