వేసవి సెలవులు వచ్చాయని ఆనందంగా తాతయ్య ఇంటికి వచ్చింది.
ఆమె దృష్టిలో అది ఆటల ప్రయాణం… నవ్వుల ప్రయాణం… కొత్త జ్ఞాపకాలను దాచుకునే ప్రయాణం.
కానీ… తన జీవితాన్ని చీకట్లోకి నెట��టేసే ఒక మృగం అక్కడే పొంచి ఉందని ఆ చిన్నారికి తెలియదు.
ఒక అపార్ట్‌మెంట్… ఒక ఫ్లాట్… ఒక ��ామాంధుడు!
అంతే… ఒక చిన్నారి బాల్యం ముక్కలైపోయింది.
ఆడుకోవాల్సిన ఆ చేతులను కట్టేశారు.
స్కూల్ బ్యాగ్ మోయాల్సిన ఆ చిరు భుజాలపై అమానుషత్వం నృత్యం చేసింది.
లోకం తెలియని వయసులో… మనుషుల్లోని రాక్షసత్వాన్ని చూడాల్సి వచ్చింది.
ఆమె కేక వేసింది… భయంతో, నొప్పితో, బతకాలనే ఆరాటంతో!
కానీ ఆ అరుపు వినే నాథుడే లేడు… విన్నా స్పందించే హృదయమే లేదు.
తన పాపాన్ని కప్పిపుచ్చుకోవడానికి ఆ రాక్షసుడు ఏ�� చేశాడో తెలుసా?
ఆ పసిగుడ్డును మూడో అంతస్తు నుంచి కిందికి తోసేశాడు!
ఒక మనిషి చేసిన తప్పును దాచడానికి, ఒక ప్రాణాన్ని బలితీసుకోవాలని చూశాడు.
ఆమె కింద పడినప్పుడు విరిగింది కేవలం ఎముకలు మాత్రమే కాదు…
ఒక కుటుంబపు ఆశలు, ఒక తల్లి గుండె, ఒక తండ్రి నమ్మకం, ఒక తాతయ్య విశ్వాసం!
ఇప్పుడు… ఆ పాప ఆస్పత్రి మంచంపై మృత్యువుతో పోరాడుతోంది.
తనకేం జరిగిందో కూడా అర్థం కాని స్థితిలో ఐసీయూలో ఉంది.
కానీ బయట కూర్చున్న తల్లిదండ్రులకు ప్రతి క్షణం నరకం కనిపిస్తోంది.
డాక్టర్ బయటకు వచ్చిన ప్రతిసారీ గుండె ఆగినంత పని అవుతోంది.
ఫోన్ మోగినా భయం… డాక్టర్ పిలిచినా వణుకు.
కూతురు మళ్లీ కళ్లు తెరుస్తుందా? మళ్లీ నవ్వుతుందా? మళ్లీ స్కూల్‌కి వెళ్తుందా?
ఈ ప్రశ్నలతో వాళ్లు ప్రతి రాత్రి నిశ్శబ్దంగా చనిపోతున్నారు.
ఆ నేరస్థుడు కొన్ని నిమిషాల్లో తన వికృత చేష్ట ముగించుకున్నాడు.
కానీ ఆ నిమిషాల క్రూరత్వం… ఆ కుటుంబానికి జీవితకాల శిక్షగా మారింది.
ఇక్కడే ఒక పదునైన ప్రశ్న మిగులుతోంది.
ఒక పసి ప్రాణాన్ని నాశనం చేయడానికి కొన్ని నిమిషాలు చాలు…
కానీ ఆ బిడ్డకు న్యాయం చేయడానికి ఎందుకు సంవత్��రాలు పడుతుంది?
నేరస్థుడికి చట్టాలు తెలిసి ఉండొచ్చు, లొసుగులు తెలిసి ఉండొచ్చు, ఎవరి కాళ్లు పట్టుకోవాలో తెలిసి ఉండొచ్చు.
కానీ ఆ కుటుంబానికి తెలిసిందల్లా ఒక్కటే… తమ బిడ్డ ఏ తప్పూ చేయలేదని, అయినా శిక్ష మాత్రం తామే అనుభవిస్తున్నామని!
ఈ దేశంలో…
ఒక చిన్నారి కన్నీటికి విలువ లేదా?
గుండె ముక్కలైన తల్లి బాధకు ధర లేదా?
ఒక తండ్రి గుండెల్లో దాచుకున్న ఆక్రందనకు అర్థం లేదా?
చట్టాల కంటే, కోర్ట��� ఫైళ్ల కంటే, విచారణల కంటే… ఒక చిన్నారి బాల్యం గొప్పది కాదా…?
ఆమెకు ఇది ఒక రోజుతో అయిపోయేది కాదు. ఒక వార్త అంతకంటే కాదు.
ప్రతి పుట్టినరోజునా గుర్తొచ్చే గాయం… ప్రతి అద్దంలో శపించే రూపం… ప్రతి రాత్రి నిద్రను మింగేసే చీకటి!
ఆ 12 ఏళ్ల పాప జీవితాంతం మోయాల్సిన క్షమించరాని నరకం ఇది!

"అమ్మ" అన్న పిలుపులోన అనురాగం ధ్వనిస్తుంది. "నాన్న" అన్న పదములోన అభిమానం జనిస్తుంది. mummy, daddyలోన ఆ మాధుర్యం ఎక్కడుంది ?
"మామ" అన్న మాట మనసులోతుల్లో నిలుస్తుంది. "అత్త" అంటే చాలు మనకు ఆదరణే లభిస్తుంది. aunty, uncleలోన ఆ ఆప్యాయత ఎక్కడుంది ?
ప్రపంచాన మేధావులు మన పలుకులు మెచ్చినారు. పొరుగు రాష్ట్ర కవులు కూడ తెలుగును తెగ పొగిడినారు అంటూ తెలుగుభాష గొప్పతనాన్ని తెలుసుకుని బాధ్యతగా మెలగాలని తన సాహిత్యం ద్వారా తెలుగుతల్లి పడుతోన్న వేదనను మన కళ్ళముందుంచారు.
ఇళ్ళలో తల్లిదండ్రులు తమ పిల్లలను వీలైనంతమట్టుకు తెలుగులోనే మాట్లాడించాలి. బడుల్లో, కళాశాలల్లో ఎలాగూ ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమ చదువులే ఎక్కువ కనుక, అప్పుడప్పుడైనా తెలుగు భాష ప్రాముఖ్యతను పిల్లలకు వివరించాలి. తెలుగులో భారత, భాగవత, రామాయణాలను అధ్యయనం చేయించాలి. వారాంతాల్లో తెలుగు ఆటల్ని ఆడించాలి. పాటలు పాడించాలి.
దురదృష్టవశాత్తు కొందరు తల్లిదండ్రులు ఆంగ్లమే సర్వస్వం అయినట్టుగా, పాశ్చాత్య పోకడలకు అలవాటు చేస్తున్నారు.
నేటి తరం పిల్లల్లో తెలుగు భాషానైపుణ్యాలు దారుణంగా ఉన్నాయి.
ఆంగ్లం నేర్పండి, అది అభివృద్ధికి ఉపయోగపడుతుంది. కానీ అమ్మ భాషను నిర్లక్ష్యం చేయొద్దు.
మన యువతలో చాలామంది "అన్న" అనే పదానికి బదులుగా "భయ్యా" అని వాడుతున్నారు. తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఉన్నప్పుడు తెలుగులోనే ఎక్కువగా మాట్లాడాలి. ఇప్పటికే తెలుగు ప్రజలం ఎన్నో పదాలు మరిచిపోతూ వస్తున్నాం. ఉన్నవాటిని కాపాడుకోవాలి. కొత్త పదాలనూ వాడుకలోకి తేవాలి. అప్పుడే తెలుగుభాషకు పునర్వైభవం.

ధర్మ రక్షణ కోసం దేశానికి నాలుగు దిక్కులందు 4 మఠాలను (పీఠాలను) స్థాపించి, ఒక పటిష్టమైన వ్యవస్థను ఏర్పాటు చేశారు.

దీనికి "మఠామ్నాయ మహానుశాసనము" అనే గ్రంథమే సాక్ష్యం.

దానికి సంబంధించిన పూర్తి శ్లోకాలు ఇక్కడ ఉన్నాయి:

4. ఉత్తర దిక్కు (బదరి - జ్యోతిర్ మఠం):

శ్లోకం:

Saw attempts to dehumanise Yuvraj Mehta by claiming that he was drunk and overspeeding. Why? To dilute institutional liability?

Idk whether he was drunk or overspeeding, but even if that’s true, it changes nothing. He had the same right to be rescued.

Even if a person is negligent, reckless, or at fault, the state does not get the right to abandon him. Law functions on two separate principles: responsibility for the act, which is decided later through due process, and the right to life and rescue, which is unconditional and immediate.

A drunk driver is still entitled to emergency response, rescue services, and medical aid. If negligence cancelled those rights, accident victims would be denied treatment, suicide attempts would not be saved, and helmetless riders would be left to die.

Civilised systems do not function this way. Even if Yuvraj Mehta made a mistake, the authorities’ duty began the moment his life was in danger, not after judging his character. Punishment comes after survival, not instead of it. A society that debates a dead man’s morality instead of questioning institutional failure has already lost its moral compass.

Bangladesh has refused to travel to India to play the T20 World Cup, despite a final ultimatum from the ICC. This effectively means they are out of the tournament.

Whatever your opinion of them, one must acknowledge the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s sense of self-respect. We didn’t really do much to them, just removed one of their players from the IPL, and they took it to heart enough to refuse to tour India.

On the other hand, there was the BCCI, which couldn’t stop itself from playing an enemy country that had orchestrated one of the worst terrorist attacks against us just months earlier.

​Respected Sir/Madam,
​I, Dr. Sivaranjani Santosh, a Senior Paediatrician and public health advocate, submit this formal representation to urge the Registry to Refuse the registration of the mark "ERZL" and its stylized variants.

​1. Context of Public Health Risk:
The drug "ORS" (Oral Rehydration Salts) is a life-saving medicine. Misbranding high-sugar beverages as "ORS" has led to severe clinical complications and can lead to child mortality. On 14th October 2025, the FSSAI decisively prohibited the use of "ORS" in any food/beverage name, citing consumer deception. This was further upheld by the Delhi High Court in orders dated 30th Oct and 12th Nov 2025.

​2. Absolute Grounds for Refusal (Section 9(2)(a)):
The proposed mark "ERZL" is inherently deceptive. As shown in the attached Annexure, the "E" is stylized to visually mimic an "O," and "Z" acts as a mirror/phonetic substitute for "S." This is a mala fide design choice intended to mislead parents into associating the product with the life-saving drug "ORS."

​3. Relative Grounds for Refusal (Section 11(1) & 11(3)):
The mark "ERZL" is deceptively similar to the brand identity of "ORSL," which is currently under regulatory and judicial restriction.
• ​Likelihood of Confusion: The applicant is using the same color scheme, font, and "trade dress" as the banned "ORSL" mark to retain brand memory.
• ​Bad Faith Adoption: Attempting to register a "mirror-image" mark to bypass a health-safety ban constitutes bad faith. This use is liable to be prevented by the Law of Passing Off.

​4. Regulatory Prohibition & Judicial Affirmation:
a)  The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), vide its Order dated 14th October 2025 and subsequent clarification dated 15th October 2025, has decisively prohibited the use of the term "ORS" (standalone or as a prefix/suffix) in the branding of food products.
Critically, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court (in orders dated 30th Oct and 12th Nov 2025) refused to interfere with this ban or grant any relief to the manufacturers, specifically noting that such deceptive branding has a "deleterious effect and adverse health outcomes" for consumers. The court emphasized that the health of the public outweighs any commercial interest in the "ORSL" brand identity.
b)  Matter is Sub-judice: Furthermore, the broader issue of misbranded sugary drinks is currently sub-judice before the Hon’ble Telangana High Court (PIL No. [Insert No.]). Granting the mark "ERZL"—which is a visual and phonetic imitation of the prohibited "ORSL"—would undermine the ongoing judicial proceedings and facilitate a "back-door" entry for a brand identity already deemed deceptive by the Delhi High Court and FSSAI.
​Request: I request the Registry to issue an Examination Report with Objections under Sections 9 and 11 or use any provision they deem fit to ultimately refuse these applications to protect the public from deceptive medical branding.

A family in Malda: father, mother, and six children. The father abandoned the family for another woman.

The mother and children, already poor and surviving on neighbours’ help, reached out to relatives in desperation.

Rimpa Khatun and her CRPF constable husband, Tariq Anwar, their distant relatives, offered help on the condition that the eldest daughter, aged 10 years, be given to them as a house help. The helpless mother agreed, hoping her daughter would get proper food, a stable home, and education.

Rimpa Khatun and Tariq Anwar brought the girl to Noida and subjected her to repeated verbal abuse and physical violence. They kicked and punched the child and smashed her head against a wall during an argument over household work. When the girl collapsed and started bleeding, they took her to a hospital and told the doctors that she had slipped.

Medical examinations revealed fractured ribs, deep wounds to her head and chest, signs of prolonged starvation, and dangerously low haemoglobin levels of just 1.9. The poor child is on a ventilator, fighting for her life.

What “Jai Hind” means in all this, I don’t know.
