Hi, I’m Batuhan 👋 I’m transitioning into full-stack development by building real products end-to-end. What I work on:
– Frontend features (UI, state, UX)
– Backend APIs & auth
– Databases & app logic
Open to full-stack roles

I stopped blogging for a bit to run an experiment on myself.
Nothing dramatic.
Sleep, routine, journaling, one good day take seriously.
I wrote about what changed and what didn't 👇

Our first development cycle is done.
What started as “isn’t this just one function?” turned into architecture decisions, merge conflicts, and lessons about system boundaries (DOCX → PDF ).
Prototype first. Decide later.

I don’t think it even makes sense anymore to argue about “AI killing developer jobs.”
We’re already past that phase. AI didn’t remove the need for engineers, and I don't think it ever will.
Curious who still thinks this is a replacement story rather than a leverage story.

@dmorrison1128 This really resonates. Releasing something people actually use changes how the hard parts feel afterward. The motivation hits different.
Music is a key part of how I work.
Found this 1-hour track on YouTube that really gets me going, especially in the morning.
Here you go, beautiful people!

Hi everybody!
been designing APIs, schemas, distributed systems for about 3 years. Recently forced myself to go deep on frontend.
I expected complexity. I did not expect this level of chaos.

Looking forward to getting better at this.
If backend taught me how systems fail, frontend is teaching me how interfaces fail and that’s a skill worth earning.
