We've obtained planning Consent for a 750 sqm sub-terranean spa complex for one of our residential clients in rural Essex. The spa encompasses a 17.5m long, 2-lane swimming pool, 4 car-space garage, home cinema, wine room, sauna, and steam room.

We're thrilled to receive planning permission for this one-off leisure development - a contemporary single-storey extension, alongside internal alterations to maximise the use of space by converting the attic into another bedroom and moving the downstairs partition walls.

RIBA Norfolk recently held a FANN 23 photography competition, organised by our Jonathan Mawer. The competition was to find the best photograph of a favourite or well-loved contemporary building in #Norfolk. Congratulations to the winner – David Edleston, for his photograph.

A wet and muddy site visit to see how things are progressing with our Thorpe Woodlands Adventure Centre project. The main roof is on, and the flint blocks are starting to be laid. The project will provide high-quality staff accommodation, to enhance and transform staff welfare
